Laurie will be joined by the Annie Gosfield Trio – Annie Gosfield (sampler), Roger Kleier (guitar), Ches Smith (drums), Gerry Leonard (guitar), Doug Wieselman (horns), Eyvind Kang (viola) & special guests Steve Buscemi and Young Jean Lee.
On June 19 at 7 pm: SONGS
Laurie will be joined by Richard Devine (electronics), Doug Wieselman (horns), Eyvind Kang (viola), Jacob Garchik (horns) and Jeffrey Zeigler (cello). In the case of rain the concert will be held at the Winter Garden of the World Financial Center – 220 Vessey St, NYC.
Both of these special performances are free and open to the public as part of the 2013 edition of the annual River To River Festival, downtown’s completely free summer arts festival, taking place in more than 25 indoor and outdoor locations from the Hudson River to the East River, from Governors Island to Chambers Street.
